Refund Policy

In the event that you change your mind, we offer a full refund on items that have not been personalised.

To receive your refund on items that have not been personalised, you must inform us via email olivejewelleryuk@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving the order the items must then be returned to us within 28 days of the purchase date. The returned items must be fit for resale, and in the original packaging. On receipt of the retuned item(s) you will be refunded to the account used for the original purchase within 14 days.

To request a refund please email olivejewelleryuk@gmail.com please include the name on your order and the order/invoice number.

Which items can not be returned? 

All personalised items can not be returned as they are not fit for resale. Unless faulty, if for any reason the item is faulty please contact us to arrange return for us to rectify the issue or refund.

Earrings are non refundable for health and safety reasons.

This does not affect your right to return faulty items or your statutory rights.

Please include the name on your order and your order/invoice number.

Please give a brief description for the retunr/refund reason.
