3. Ordering and acceptance
When placing an order through our website, you agree that all information provided is accurate and complete. Once your order is received, you will receive an order confirmation email. This constitutes acceptance of your order, at which point a contract will exist between us.
4. Pricing and payment
All prices listed on our website are in GBP (£) Payments must be made through the secure payment methods provided on our website. We reserve
the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
5. Shipping and delivery
We ship our products via Royal Mail within the UK. Estimated delivery times are provided during checkout but are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays beyond our control. Shipping costs are clearly displayed at checkout.
6. Returns and refunds
We accept returns and offer refunds subject to the following conditions:
 You must notify us of your intention to return within 14 days of receiving your item.
 Products must be returned within 28 days of placing the order, in their original condition, packaging, and unused.
 Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
 Bespoke engraved jewellery can only be returned or refunded if faulty or incorrect due to our error.
7. Cancellations
You have the right to cancel your order at any time before dispatch. Bespoke or customised orders may not be cancelled once ordered as engraving work will have commenced.
8. Intellectual property

All content, including text, images, logos, and graphics on www.olivejewellery.co.uk, is owned by or licensed to Olive Jewellery UK and protected by UK and international intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written permission from us.
