Olive Jewellery UK are dedicated to personalising and dispatching your orders as soon as possible. Our estimated personalising time in 1-2 working days, once your items have been personalised we arrange with Royal Mail to collect your order on the next working day.

Please keep in mind that during busy periods such as Christmas/Sale Days our estimated personalising time may be extended slightly. We will however try our best to avoid this and ship your order as soon as possible.

Order by 12pm for the below shipping times. Orders placed after 12pm please add 24 hours.

Order transit time - Tracked 48 - 3-5 working days

Tracked 48 £3.50 on orders under £50

Tracked 48 Free on orders over £50

Order transit time - Tracked 24 - 1-3 working days

Tracked 24 £4.20 on orders under 50

Please allow the processing time for personalised items, the above times are for shipping only. If you have ordered personalised items please add 1-2 working days. Non personalised items will be shipped on the next working day when orders are placed before 12pm.
